- The term “Contractor” as used throughout this specification shall be interpreted as meaning ___________________________.
1.2 PURPOSE
The purpose of mold remediation is to return a space back to Condition 1 (normal fungal ecology), as defined by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Standard for Professional Mold Remediation S520.
